What is The RoundTable?
The RoundTable is WAMC's latest on-air offering. It's a hearty mix of
thought, sound, opinion and melody airing Monday through Friday from 9am to
noon. It's an experiment for WAMC -- an eclectic program, with the
thoughtfulness of public radio at its heart.
The RoundTable offers a buffet of features, including the day's news, the
BBC, live performance, humor and consumer interest.
Coming up on Monday, December 9:
* Hour 1: A conversation with the author of "The Perfect Storm",
Sebastian Junger.
* We'll also talk with the head of the New York State Independence
Party.
* Hour 2: The Maestro returns! David Alan Miller of the Albany
Symphony Orchestra will be here with a preview of the ASO's Holiday show.
* Hour 3: And to continue on a theme, David Griggs-Janower of the
Albany Pro Musica will be here with a holiday preview of his own.
